The consultant charge is covered of properties at Visthaar as we manage everything from material to labor, vendor to quality check, and property execution to finish. Our service charge includes 15% of our total cost.
Does Visthaar help in getting bank loans for properties?
We do provide banking assistance to our customers by referring them to some top banks that offer loans at best interest rates. The banks that we associate with ensure speedy approval of loans for our customers.
Do we support in Liaison Works?
Yes, we help in Government Liaison works but with additional costs. This ensures our best utilization of resources and our quality services to meet our clients’ expectations and requirements.
What is the warranty period for construction?
We provide a one-year construction warranty for our projects that cover any air cracks in walls and other related accessories from the vendor. Our experts ensure the utmost quality of materials used in the construction.
Do you provide Quality Certificates?
We do provide Quality Test Certificates from the Government for the projects we undertake for construction. We are a dedicated team with expertise in design and construction, providing sharp detail to everything, thereby ensuring quality.
Can I change the design after the construction is commenced for the project?
Yes, you can make any changes to the project, provided it should align with our construction plan. You can consult our designers/contractors for more details regarding the design and materials used in the construction of a project.
Do I have any EMI option?
No. We do not provide any EMI options, but the Flexible Payment Plan is available for our customers. Our flexible payment plan is beneficial to finance purchases if you don’t have the money upfront to pay for the project. Contact us anytime and avail the Flexible Payment Plan.
What is the process for cancellation?
You can cancel the project before it gets started. However, if you need to cancel after the commencement, there will be a service charge for it, depending on the work completed.
What is the refund process?
We will provide refund for raw materials or accessories which you don’t want or like. You can visit our contractors to check with the quality of materials used in the construction and request a change if you aren’t satisfied.
: What is the penalty for late payment?
We would charge a penalty of about 18% per annum for late payment. Our Flexible Payment Plan allows you to pay in instalments and thereby avoid late payment and penalty. Please consult us for more details regarding the same.
Do you help with property management?
Yes, we support you with all kinds of property management. We take care of any repair issues, respond to tenants’ complaints, handle maintenance, find tenants and help to rent the house, set up a rental cost and maintain the property saving your time and energy.
How long do you maintain the property after possession?
We will help with one year of property maintenance after possession. Besides handling all maintenance and repair works, without spending your valuable time and energy.
Do you build swimming pools?

Are there any extra charges for works?
The extra charges will be based on the work you require in addition to the actual plan of our construction. You can make changes to the plan and design of the project even after the construction has begun, and the charges vary accordingly.
